A commercial tenant had left a leased office space in a state of dis-repair, with damage to walls, the ceiling & floors.

Our client was unable to show/lease this space again in the condition it was in.

We have a vast experience in commercial refurbishments and a reputation to attend site and complete works very quickly.

To totally refurbish this space and complete remedial works to damaged surfaces & ceilings.

After assessing the damage to this space we firstly completed repairs to some of the walls, which needed patch plastering repairs.

We removed the existing floor coverings and adhesive. We disconnected a damaged and redundant kitchenette, and made good the adjoining walls.

There was extensive damage to both the ceiling grid and multiple ceiling tiles. We sourced matching tiles, installed new sections to the ceiling grid, and fully repaired the ceiling.

We decorated all walls to our clients specification. Our last job was to install new CFS formation floor tiles.
