Areas of the exterior brickwork has had mortar in-between the bricks crumble away. Existing windows had water ingress issues as well as decay due to the age. Exterior masonry & metal work appeared tired.

To supply & fit new UPVC window frames & double glazing. To refurbish the exterior of this period mill.
Due to the sheer size & height of this mill we firstly had to erect scaffolding.
Our team removed all existing windows and replaced old for new UPVC double glazed units.
From the top down we raked out all old mortar and re-pointed the exterior of the mill.
Lastly we painted all masonry work to the exterior, as well as all metal work including down pipes, window grill etc.
