A commercial unit which had been leased for many years was in a state of dis-repair.

The previous tenant had fixed & installed storage to the walls of the unit. There was a vast quantity of debris, furniture and other items that had been left behind by the previous tenant.

The industrial floor paint of the unit was damaged. Paint on the woodwork had been damaged.

To return this industrial unit to its original state, to enable our client to show/lease to a new tenant.

Both floors of this unit were fully cleared out, filling 4 large skips with the debris & items left within the unit by the time it was cleared.

Our electrician attended site to return the electrics to our clients specification and certificate.

We next completed some interior paintwork to some damaged areas.

Our last job here was the floor surface. We treated the floor area prior to re-covering to ensure durability.

We installed 2 coats of specialist industrial floor paint to our clients specification and as ever achieved a perfect finish.
