This unlettable commercial space was not providing a good return on investment, works to convert the space to residential accommodation was tendered and awarded to MODA. This Unit is part of a conservation area so the refurbishment works were very specific and involved liaising with conservation officer throughout.

This was a repeat instruction following a successful similar conversion carried out by us previously in the same area.
