A new development of 11 properties in Manchester had been left partly completed, the developer had a significant investment that could not be realised with the part finished scheme.

MODA Contracting understood the difficult position the developer was in, and through meetings onsite, we were able to agree a resolution that would see the scheme through to completion, whilst at the same time ensuring all the M&E and works completed by prior contractors was thouroughly checked with any repairs or remedial works completed.

MODA Contracting started by auditing all the M&E and working with consultant to ensure requirements were met or exceeded. The 11 units in varying states were then all fully completed including decoration and floor finishes with a new electric gated entry and communal lighting to external areas.
