On our clients commercial site, there was an unused large commercial building in need of both interior & exterior refurbishment before a lease was viable.

We have completed this type of work countless times, not only for this particular client, but numerous commercial clients in the past.

To supply & fit new UPVC window frames & double glazing to the entire building.

To fully refurbish the exterior of this period property. To complete remedial and electrical works to the interior of the property.

Firstly we erected scaffolding prior to works commencing.

Our team removed all existing windows and replaced old for new UPVC double glazed units. From the top down we raked out all old mortar and re-pointed all 3 sides of the exterior of the building.

We refurbished and repainted all masonry & metal work to the exterior.

We fully rebuilt a damaged wall that adjoined the building. We boarded and plastered all ceilings within the building, and then decorated to our clients specification.
